It’s indeed tricky to say no to these buttermilk biscuits. We all grew up eating them in our households! My mother in particular used to make them a lot. We used to serve them with everything! It’s a good pair with roast beef, chicken and gravy, and even pork roast. But I will always remember how I want them. Up to now, it’s still my favorite way of eating them. I love smothering these little classic beauties with butter and jam. I eat a lot of these with just butter! But if jam is on the equation, then I could eat more! Even my brother was addicted to these biscuits. Every time we visit our parents with our families, we always request for Mom to make these. We want our children to taste the original.
