I serve this sausage casserole for dinner too. I just make sure to roast some asparagus to go with it. My husband loves it whenever I serve this casserole for dinner. He says it’s quite fulfilling coming home to a warm and rich dinner. He says he needs all the carbs after spending a stressful day in the office and this is the perfect meal. He loves to eat this with a glass of red wine in hand. They taste really good together.
One of our friends over at All Recipes has this to say about the recipe:
“This is a great breakfast casserole my grandmother and mother always make!”
