Nothing tastes better than homemade biscuits, which is why these digestive biscuits are an instant hit to my family! Whenever I go to the grocery, I make sure to pass by the biscuit aisle so I can get my favorite brand of digestive biscuits. I usually pick the light version because the original one tastes a bit too crumbly for my taste. I don’t like it when my biscuits break easily. I love them intact yet easy to chew. When I got a hold of this recipe from Home Cooking Adventure, I was ecstatic! I wanted to see if this would end my hoarding of the light digestive biscuits that I love. I am always in favor of anything homemade because they are healthier than the ones your buy from the store.
My husband doesn’t like digestive biscuits, but when he tasted one of these homemade digestive biscuits, he immediately fell in love with this version. He said he loved the combination of raisins and the texture of the biscuits. My sons loved these biscuits too! They love them with milk (as usual). If you want a copy of the full recipe, you can head on over to the next page. The full list of ingredients and instructions are there. Enjoy making these biscuits for your family! I am pretty sure they will love these!
