This Lobster Mac And Cheese Is A Welcomed Twist To Everyone’s Favorite Classic Dish!

I have eaten this lobster mac and cheese at a seafood restaurant just a few weeks ago and I cannot forget about it. Don’t you love it when you find a dish at a new restaurant and fall in love with it instantly? I am one of those who love finding a certain favorite in a restaurant so that I will not hassle my companions if I take too long to choose. Most of the time, because of this very same reason, I always end up choosing something that I don’t like and I don’t get to enjoy the meal. I remember eating at this restaurant with two of our friends who are also a couple. My husband was with me, of course. It was the type of restaurant wherein the waiters truly wait for everyone while they’re choosing the food from the menu and that kind of made me uncomfortable. My husband, knowing my predicament, had suggested something to me, which he knew I would love to eat. And it’s a good thing because I loved it!

This lobster mac and cheese recipe reminds me of those restaurant meals that you would want to recreate at home because it will be too much of a hassle to eat at a restaurant every time you crave for the same type of food. Tara Noland, the woman who shared this recipe with us, felt the same which was why she decided to recreate this dish at home. I made this already and it’s quite delicious! My kids loved it (thank goodness none of them were allergic to seafood) and my husband couldn’t stop eating! His love for mac and cheese is incomparable too.
