Rich and cheesy casseroles are a constant in my family’s breakfast. Most of the time, I had to make use of the leftovers so they will not be wasted. Leftovers often result to a cheesy breakfast casserole the next day. This berry overnight breakfast casserole I found over at Chocolate Covered Katie is a different take to breakfast casseroles. It makes use of berries and bread, tasting more sweet than savory. When I came across this recipe, I knew I had to immediately try this. This is something that I fell in love with at first taste, giving me the clue that my family will love this too.
It’s become an instant family favorite! I make this at least once a month, using different berry combination so as to preserve their anticipation. My two kids love its sweetness while my husband is glad about the fact that it’s a good way to start his day. The sweetness overload will give him his needed energy to last the whole day. He prefers to have this on a Monday morning as Monday is always the most hectic of all days. If you want a copy of this amazing berry overnight breakfast casserole, please had over to the next page! Your family will love this one!
