This pistachio avocado quick bread recipe is the kind of bread that will taste good with anything or with nothing. You can eat this alone, as is, because it tastes good without anything on it. But at the same time, you can also eat this with anything because the flavors just seem to go well with anything! You can serve this as a side dish to a main course or as your snack for an afternoon tea.
One of our friends over at Dine And Dish has this to say about the recipe:
“If you love banana bread, you will love this Pistachio Avocado Quick Bread recipe even more… I promise. I’ve never tasted a quick bread with more flavor. The crust has a delicious nutty butter flavor and the inside of the loaf was so tender and good… the pistachio nuts and avocados make such a wonderful combination for this quick bread! I hope you’ll give it a try!”
I definitely love the flavors going on in this pistachio avocado quick bread! It’s the perfect bread for the family because they can just nibble on this any time they want to. My family loves this bread and I am sure yours will too! Thank you for this recipe, Dine And Dish!
