If you are looking for a recipe that’s not a hassle to make and at the same time fancy, then this classy stuffed rolled pork is the recipe for you. Just a couple of weeks ago, a friend of mine who lived in another state called and told me that she was in town for her husband’s business. She said she would try to get away so she could visit me and my twins. Rhea is a godmother to both of my twins so she wanted to see them and catch up with me too. It’s a very rare chance for Rhea to come over, so I was truly thrilled when she told me she was visiting. I prepared the house for her and even prepared the twins. “Prepared the twins” actually meant bathing them earlier than bed time so they would look presentable to their godmother.
This stuffed rolled pork recipe is something that I have learned from my mother years ago. I used to watch her prepare dishes for the guests and this was one of those that she used to cook, most especially if it was a fancy dinner. Yes, there were differences in ingredients, but the principle behind the dish was the same. It’s stuffed and it’s rolled. This recipe is easier to make than my mother’s though. And I am sure that you will love this as much as me and my family did. Rhea, by the way, became a fan of this dish that she actually asked for the recipe from me. She told me she would try to make this at home because her husband is such a meat lover! A copy of this dish can be found on the next page. Enjoy!
