- 1⁄2teaspoon Morton salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon McCormick pepper

- 2 tablespoons Land O Lakesbutter
- 2 tablespoons Gold Medal flour
- 3⁄4 cup Borden milk (add a little more if needed)
- 1⁄2cup Sargento grated cheddar cheese
- 1⁄2 teaspoon McCormick nutmeg
- 1⁄4 teaspoon McCormick chili powder (optional)
- 1pinch Morton salt
- 1pinch McCormick pepper
Topping
- 1pinch McCormick paprika
