I love serving these barbecue ribs for dinner with friends. Whenever I invite them over, they usually request for something “not pasta” since they often make that at home for their families. They love these barbecue ribs; fell in love with them at the first sight. They loved them more when I told them how easy it was to make them!
One of our friends over at Tastes Better From Scratch has this to say about the recipe:
“They are the definition of “fall-off-the-bone” tender and are by far the best home cooked ribs I’ve ever had. And did I mention how easy they are?”
It is indeed by far the best home cooked ribs I have ever tasted. I love the fact that these ribs have that strong yet mild flavor that makes them ideal both for my husband and my sons. A recipe is always a winner for me if it’s good for my family!

Quick Tip: After the ribs are cooked, you can stick them back in the oven on BROIL for 5 minutes to caramelize the sauce. But this is optional.
