This fresh spinach tortellini salad is the perfect way to serve vegetables to the kids, which they will enjoy. This is also perfect to serve to guests who just want to enjoy a good meal. This can be a perfect side dish for any meat. The freshness of this will counter the strong flavors of the meat.
One of our friends over at Toot Sweet 4 Two has this to say about the recipe:
“With fresh spinach, cherry tomatoes and green onions providing the nutritional base for this salad, the cooked tortellini delivers a satisfying toothsome bite. Topped with crispy bacon and drenched in ranch dressing, Missy’s Fresh Spinach and Tortellini Salad is not only a man-pleasing recipe, but a kid-friendly one as well.”
I agree with the kid friendly. The guests will surely fall in love with this one including the kids. Remember my nieces and nephews? Yes, they all loved this!
