Let This Ritzy Seafood Casserole Become A “Part of Your World”!

This ritzy seafood casserole should become a part of your world. Okay, let me explain that part of your world part. I got that from the animated movie Little Mermaid. As I am writing this, I remember our last reunion. I was surrounded by my sons, my nephews and my nieces as we sat in front of the television in my aunt’s house. I and a few of my cousins were watching over the kids while the others were preparing the food for our outdoor dinner. The men in the family were arranging the tables outside and were hovering over the grill, while the women were in the kitchen, cooking dessert and side dish. We were watching The Little Mermaid because it’s what the majority wanted to watch. Yes, even the guys. My nephews would not admit it, but they loved the story of the Little Mermaid.

Coincidentally, that day, one of my aunts served a seafood casserole dish. This seafood casserole dish tasted so good that everyone, including the kids, seemed to really love it. The casserole dish was empty in no time and I couldn’t help but think that it has become a part of everyone’s stomachs. This seafood casserole recipe from Food.com reminds me of that casserole. The only difference is, this seafood casserole version has stronger flavors. My aunt had to adjust the seasonings for her casserole because of the kids, which is why that one tasted milder.
