The secret to this cheese tortellini pizza casserole lies on the cheese. When I first came upon this recipe, all I thought was, “Wow. This is one amazing sinful dish that my family will go crazy about”. And it’s true! My family love this so much we had this in two consecutive days. I did not make a lot for dinner because it I though it was too rich for my family to finish. No matter how good a dish is, if it’s too rich, we tend to be overwhelmed. Since this dish has a really rich cheese sauce, I halved the recipe. I did not expect for them to crave for more. My sons wanted this dish the next day so I made it again the next day. The leftovers were kept in the fridge and my husband brought them the next day for lunch. It’s a pretty convenient dish that you will not regret making!
