I have to say that the best of my childhood days involves food, and that includes Grandma’s corn pudding. I love corn. I particularly don’t like those artificial corn-flavored crunch balls in the grocery, but I love anything corn. I think my sons are able to inherit that type of liking from me. They both adore corn. Whenever we have corn on a cob, they finish theirs in no time at all. And cornbread muffins! My sons stuff themselves with cornbread muffins whenever I make those. They love the smell so much that they stay in the kitchen whenever they can smell the cooking muffins in the oven!
This corn pudding recipe by Heart N Soul Recipes reminds me of my Grandma’s corn pudding. Her corn pudding has always stood out because it’s so creamy and at the same time, it tastes just right. There was no overwhelming taste of any ingredient. The flavors mishmash so well that corn lover or not, anyone will surely appreciate such a dish. I owe Heart N Soul for this recipe since I wasn’t able to get the recipe from my late grandmother. Thank you for this!
