This eggnog cake is perfect to serve to any type of guests. Eggnog is an acquired taste, at least that’s how I think about it, but this cake is something that I am sure everyone will love. You can’t go wrong with this recipe. One slice and everyone will fall under its spell.
Our friend over at Try It You Might Like It has this to say about this recipe:
“We’re all busy, right? Homemade is best but sometimes you need a recipe that is quick, easy and impressive. This is that recipe. It’s quick because you just pimp a yellow cake mix but this time it’s worth it. Although I don’t really like eggnog as a drink this cake is really good. It’s from the side of Hood’s Golden EggNog carton and when I want to make my husband and kids happy I make this cake. They like it so much that I only got one chance to take a photo of the cake.”
My husband and my kids are not the only ones happy whenever I make this! The truth is, my friends seemed to have some sort of radar when it comes to these types of things, so I always find myself having sudden visitors. Since they all love this cake, I find myself making two just to make sure everyone will have a piece.
