These creamy cloud eclairs will make everyone feel as if they are in heaven. At least that’s how I felt every time I eat a piece of this. Seriously! What’s better than something chocolaty with something creamy? Nothing! This is a winner dessert. My friends all love this. We always make sure to praise the one who will bring these beauties into a gathering. Usually, it’s not me because I am too busy to have time to bake this piece of heaven. But only I have, this will be on the menu every day. Just imagine how happy my family would be if I can make this for them everyday!
I love making these during weekends though. It’s the time when everyone is at home. My husband and I both get a break from work so we all have time to pamper each other and our kids. I spoil them by baking something for them while my husband makes sure that he always plays with the twins every weekend. He really makes up for the week when he isn’t able to. And for that, I am grateful towards him. My twins miss their father the whole week and they’re both always excited to play with him when weekend comes. And the only thing I can contribute is to make them something that they all love! And this chocolaty creamy goodness is that!
