Remember my Aunt Carmen? She has another recipe that’s making my mouth water just from the thought of it. It’s quite similar to the recipe that you will find later on in this page, except hers is probably much more sinful just because she doesn’t really control her ingredients. For her, the richer the dish is, the better. The creamier it is, the yummier it is. It’s quite advantageous for us, her nieces and nephews, and her grandchildren, but it’s not advantageous to my uncles and my father because they’re all watching their health. But then again, Aunt Carmen said she didn’t care. She just loved to please those who wanted to be please. Sorry, uncles and fathers!
Her newest recipe was a sausage and cheese pie. She combined the strong flavor of sausage with the somewhat creamy and nutty flavor of cheese. Just like cheeseburgers or any meat and cheese recipe, it tasted divine! It tasted so divine that I christened it as miraculous because it seemed to take any negative feelings away! What a wonder recipe, right? The Seasoned Mom has a really delicious version of this recipe on the next page. Go check it out and you will definitely see what I mean!
