Our friend over at Mr. Food has this to say about this recipe:
“This Make Ahead Hungarian Beef Stew is perfect to make in your slow cooker. It’s so helpful to be able to cut up everything the night before and store it in the refrigerator. Then you just place it in the slow cooker in the morning and let it cook!”
It truly is convenient for people like me who are having a hard time juggling her schedule. Imagine how much time I am going to save with this recipe! It can be prepared the night before and then stored in the fridge. The next day, all I have to do is put it in the slow cooker and allow it to cook by itself! Slow cooker to the rescue again!
