One thing is for sure; today is CAKE DAY!
My mom and my husband could not be more alike. I mean, sometimes I think he should have been her son instead of me being her daughter. They both think the same, act the same, talk the same, have the same likes and dislikes, and they understand each other better than I can understand either of them. Hahaha. It really is a special relationship between those two and I am glad they get along so well. But to top it all off, their birthdays are just one day apart. It is kind of crazy.
Well anyway, those two both love chocolate. I mean, my husband and mother ADORE chocolate. There is not one day that goes by where either of them can skip their daily dose of chocolate. Whether it is in the form of a chocolate cake, chocolate mousse, or a simple Kit Kat, they always have chocolate and cannot live without it. Well, with their birthdays coming up, I knew their cake had to be chocolate! I mean, they would probably be really disappointed if it was not. So, I searched high and low for a good recipe and came across this one. It is truly wonderful and I know they are going to love it.
