I know, Italians are not necessarily known for sandwiches, but when you think of it, Italians have developed quite the selection of great subs. They are usually full of flavor, have some great soft Italian bread and the cold cuts are their own classic selections that are unbelievably delicious. When you think of salami, chorizo or ham, the favorite brands that usually come to mind are Italian brands. They are full of flavor, smoky, honey filled and so delicious. They are unmistakably good and I cannot get enough!
Well, when I am making sandwiches, I like to make sure I am using the best salami, chorizo, ham and cheeses I can afford. I mean, we did not even talk about cheeses…Italian cheeses are SO GOOD! They usually have a kick and are simply amazing. I love discovering new cheeses and munching on them all day long. I mean, I must have been a mouse in my previous life hahaha. Anyway, I have found the perfect recipe for Italian sandwiches. From the bread, to the condiments inside, everything tastes positively amazing. They are flavorful, full of delicious texture and the bread? Well, it is absolutely delicious and unmistakably Italian.
