I love when I find a good recipe, unexpectedly, but it turns into a family favorite. That has happened with so many past recipes that are now usual dinners at our house. For example, one time I found a skillet bake that was basically just ground turkey, chopped sweet potatoes, and then after fully cooked on the stove, popped in the oven with a handful of cheese to melt. It turns out amazingly ever time and is so incredibly easy to make, everyone in my family loves when I make it!
Well, it seems that every time I make something that incorporates ground turkey it is a huge hit. I recently decided to make ground turkey meatballs and everyone loved them! But they were really only good with pasta since they had red sauce in them and were weird with mashed potatoes or rice. Well, I searched a bit more and found that some of the easiest recipes I could make were a mix of ground turkey with lemon and rosemary infused. They turned out to be perfectly seasoned meatballs that worked well as an appetizer on their own or with a side of mashed potatoes.
