I love tacos. Oh my goodness, I am such a huge fan of Mexican food, I promise you, I eat it every single day. Who says you cannot lose weight while eating tacos? I am definitely proof that you can. If I limit everything else I eat during the day, I can eat two great tacos and still lose weight, OH YEAH! Every single day of the week, I eat two toasty hard tacos, full of chicken, cheese and sour cream. It is the perfect pick me up to a lousy morning, or what I look forward to in the evening after a long day of work.
With all that said, sometimes I want a fancier taco. You know what I mean, the kind that is filling, has a new twist to it, and is unlike any other. I have tried making ground beef tacos, and although they taste good, I do not find anything special in them. I even tried pulled pork tacos to no avail. Now the ones I have found to be the absolute best were the tilapia fish tacos. Oh my goodness, those were such a tasty treat that I look forward to every weekend, and not only are they delicious, but healthy, too!
