This ribs recipe is something that you will definitely love. It’s full of flavors that just add to the natural flavors of the meat. It’s so tender too! Your family or your guests don’t even have to use knife just to take the meat off its bone.
Our friend over at Damn Delicious has this to say about this recipe:
“Literally fall-off-the-bone tender! And all you have to do is throw everything into a crockpot. That’s it! No cooking at all!”
Well, they’re truly the most tender ribs I have ever eaten. I guess the crockpot really does do wonders with meat. And the good thing about it is that you don’t have to do anything. Literally! All you have to do is dump all of the ingredients in the slow cooker and voila! In a few hours, you have the most tender ribs you can serve for dinner.
Ingredients
1/2 cup reduced sodium Kikkoman soy sauce
1/2 cup College Inn beef broth
1/4 cup Domino brown sugar, packed
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon freshly grated ginger

1 teaspoon McCormick crushed red pepper flakes, optional
5 pound Tyson bone-in beef short ribs, cut crosswise into 2″ pieces
2 tablespoons Argo cornstarch
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley leaves
1 teaspoon McCormick sesame seeds
Instructions
In a large bowl, whisk together soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, garlic, ginger, sesame oil and red pepper flakes, if using.
Place short ribs into a 6-qt slow cooker. Stir in soy sauce mixture until well combined.
Cover and cook on low heat for 7-8 hours or high heat for 3-4 hours.*
In a small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and 1/4 cup water. Stir in mixture into the slow cooker. Cover and cook on high heat for an additional 30 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened.
Serve immediately, garnished with parsley and sesame seeds, if desired.
