Who doesn’t want to eat ribs? Everyone in my family loves ribs. And I am not just talking about my immediate family. I am also talking about my relatives. Rib recipes are something that’s common in our reunions because everyone loves a good old rib recipe! How do you want your ribs? I want mine to smell really good, flavorful, just a little bit spicy (when I say just a little, I mean just a little), just the right combination of sweet and salty, and if possible, fall off the bone without the need for knife or fork.
Uncle Rob makes the best ribs in the family. We always try to coerce the information about his perfect ribs, but he doesn’t want to. He always tells us to just enjoy his ribs and not to bother him with the recipe because he wouldn’t ever tell. All he said is that he has this secret marinade that is the key to the taste of his ribs. Well, Uncle Rob, you can keep the secret all to yourself. I found a really good one that can probably rival yours. My husband and my friends love this ribs recipe that I found myself cooking them twice in a row. During the first night that I cooked it, it’s for my husband. And during the second night, it’s for my friends. Yes! This is a sure winner recipe!

Quick Tip: You can even spoon the leftover sauce over rice too because you know you don’t want to waste a drop of that sauce.
