I love Italian food. I mean, I eat it at least once a week during the week and once on the weekends as well. My husband is not a huge fan, so I tend to eat it often when he is not home, whether it is just pizza, or spaghetti and meatballs, or on a fancy day Chicken Alfredo with penne pasta. I love to create variations to these dishes and switch it up every single time so I do not get bored, and yet every time they turn out amazingly. It is like these dishes are fool-proof!
Well, the other day was our anniversary and my husband told me to make a good Italian dish for us to enjoy. I wanted to make something that he would like so I thought about our recent trip to an Italian restaurant and he liked a chicken tortellini with white sauce so I decided to make that. As I was searching Pinterest for a good recipe, I realized that there was a really amazing looking recipe for chicken tortellini soup. Since my husband loves soup, I decided to go with that since I knew he would really enjoy it. And I was not wrong at all!
