What a fun way to snack on some veggies!
There was once a time where I would have never even thought to eat okra as a snack food. Coming from a northern state, okra isn’t what’s on everyone’s plate. This past summer my family and I took a trip to North Carolina and I got to experience fried okra for the very first time. It was uh-mazing! I loved how crunchy the batter made the okra and how zesty it all tasted.
I dipped my little friend veggies in ranch dressing because that’s the only way to enjoy fried food. When I returned to the north I searched up a nice little recipe for southern fried okra and made some of it at home. Boy, did it ever turn out wonderfully!
