I love a good, hearty, filling breakfast. I mean, I am a breakfast through and through. Just last month, I told my husband I would take him to work and pick him up after his shift so we could go on a date afterwards. So I woke up a little after him, tossed a t-shirt and jeans on and headed out the door. We were maybe on the road for about 10 minutes, when I started getting a headache. We drove another 15 to get to his job and then I walked over to a local bakery to buy him a coffee. I was not planning to get myself anything when I suddenly felt very queasy and like I was going to pass out. I quickly asked the waitress to get me a piece of bread and I downed that so quickly.
My headache and queasiness went away which just shows me how important breakfast is for me. Well, I am always on the lookout for new recipes so when I found this one, I knew it was going to be a hit in my house. I prepare this once a week and have a great breakfast to enjoy for the rest of the week. It is easy and very filling.
