My husband absolutely loves Asian food. I mean, he loves every single recipe I make that has to do with Asian cuisine. He loves to go to our local restaurants like Sea Siam or Panda Express or Canton for a good, authentic (or well, I guess somewhat authentic) Asian meal. He loves honey chicken, cashew chicken, the lettuce wraps with ground beef and lots of other combinations. One of his absolute favorites is teriyaki chicken. After a while of looking for a teriyaki chicken to make for him, I was stumped.
Well, after a long time of searching, I finally just called my neighbor Anne. With that one phone call, she ran on over to my house and sat at my counter with her two binders of printed out recipes. She searched and searched and found a couple I might like, but although the flavor looked amazing, it was so hard to prepare! Well, finally after a little longer, she found my dream recipe: a crock pot recipe for teriyaki chicken! I mean, can it get any better than that? I did not think so either. This recipe has simple ingredients, is easy to prepare and full of flavor.
