Do you ever have days where you are craving a juicy hamburger but you don’t want the bun? Try this soup on for size! Seriously, folks, it’s chock full of juict hamburger, veggies, and a savory tomato-beef broth. It doesn’t get much better than that! As a young child, I can recall my grandma making this soup on cold winter days when school was called off. We would stay with her while mom and dad went to work. The soup was delish!

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef
¼ cup chopped onion
2 cups diced peeled potatoes
1 cup sliced celery
1 bag (12 oz) frozen mixed vegetables
3 cups water
2 cans (10 1/2 oz) condensed beef broth
2 cups Hunts diced tomatoes, undrained (from 28-oz can)
1 tablespoon Heinz Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
1In 3-quart saucepan or Dutch oven, cook beef and onion over medium-high heat, stirring frequently until beef is thoroughly cooked; drain.
