My cousin is a chef. She has been cooking since she was old enough to be in the kitchen. She would prepare meals under her mother’s supervision and as long as her mom handled the stove and oven, she would do whatever she wanted in that kitchen. It was a fun and whole new adventure for her to be in the kitchen. She absolutely loved her time there.
Now fast forward a few years and she has graduated from Hospitality and Management and is cooking left and right. She is so happy to be in the kitchen and is in her element when she is cooking and baking away. She has perfected so many classic recipes and even invented her own. Her inventions are amazingly delicious! One of her latest inventions is Earthquake Cake. It is a creamy, delicious chocolatey mess. It is really a beautiful mess of a cake that is so enjoyable to eat and put together. The process of putting it together is so absolutely fun. It is layer upon layer of chocolatey goodness and it really is exciting to put it together with friends. You eat half the batter throughout the mix so I recommend making some extra.
