I am always looking for dessert recipes that won’t increase my pant size. I love sweets but i don’t love the problems that sugar causes. So, I went out on a wild goose chase searching high and low for a few sweet treats that will satisfy my sweet tooth without loading my gut up with sugar. I came across this amazing recipe for lightened up snickerdoodle cookies and was more than delighted! These cookies are easy to make and they taste incredible. I made them for Christmas this past year and while everyone else was pigging out on sugary treats I safely noshed on these amazing cookies. No holiday pounds were gained. Booyah!
