For years, breakfast has always been my favorite meal of the day. It’s probably because my mother would make such a wonderful breakfast for us kids in the morning. Rarely, did we ever have cold cereal or just toast.

Mom was big on making the whole shebang like eggs, bacon, sausage, and hashbrowns. Sometimes, she would make a breakfast casserole, which was always my favorite. Other times, mother would prepare pancakes, waffles, or french toast for us to chow down on.

Whatever mom made in the morning was bound to be good. I try to carry on the same tradition for my family by making them wholesome breakfasts but sometimes I just don’t know what to make! I don’t want my kids and husband getting bored with their food.

So, I decided to put together a list of 7 breakfast foods that range from casseroles to bakes. Enjoy!
