5. Pistachio Fudge
I don’t know what it is about this fudge that is so amazing but let me tell ya, it is one of the best fudges that I’ve ever had. Between its eye-catching green color and creamy texture, I think this fudge could easily win awards. My little boy totally loves fudge and he wanted a piece of this so badly but he couldn’t have any due to his tree nut allergy. So, I made him lime fudge instead so that he didn’t feel left out. He seemed happy with that compromise and no Epipens needed to be used so it was a good day 🙂
Anyway, if you make any fudge during the holidays at all please promise me that you will give this creamy pistachio variety a shot. It is so worth the work! And actually, there isn’t that much work involved as this fudge is pretty simple to make. I like to place this fudge into wax paper lined tins and give it away as Christmas gifts. Everyone loves a homemade Christmas gift, especially when it is candy. Yum!
