I don’t know about you guys and gals but I’m always up for a wholesome ground beef casserole. Ground beef is insanely easy to work with and can be made into so many different things such as this beefy sour cream and noodle casserole. This casserole has got all the good stuff like sour cream, egg noodles, and cheese.
You’ll definitely want to have seconds of this stuff. I enjoy serving this casserole with a steamed veggie such as broccoli or carrots and breadsticks. My kids like it when I serve garlic bread with this casserole.
And of course, if you have the time, try and whip up a little dessert for after dinner. I like apple pie alamode. Yum!
