1. Upside Down Cinnamon Apple Coffee Cake
I am a sucker for homemade cakes. I love making them, baking them, and eating them. Sure, you can whip up a tasty cake from a box but it will never be as good as a homemade cake. NEVER. If you can, you should also consider making your own frosting, too. My favorite is brown sugar buttercream. Yum! This amazing coffee cake has cinnamon roll frosting drizzled all over it and it is simply divine! I’m serious, you probably haven’t ever tasted anything so good.
Anyway, this apple cinnamon upside-down coffee cake is like a little angel whisper. Think about how sweet an angel whisper would be and then imagine eating it. Okay, that sounds a little weird but you get my drift…don’t you? This cake is amazing and it tastes super delish when paired with coffee. I can’t get enough of it!
