Ingredients
6 LARGE GRILLED Tyson chicken breast fillets OR 10 SMALL (CUT INTO BITE SIZE PIECES)
3 BOXES OF Barilla elbow macaroni
1 PURPLE OR yellow onion( DICED FINELY)
1 BUNCH green onions (CHOPPED)shopping list
1 YELLOW OR red bell pepper( FINELY DICED)
1 green bell pepper FINELY DICED
5-6 LARGE Eggland’s Best eggs (BOILED) EACH EGG NEEDS TO BE CUT INTO FOURTHS OR YOU CAN DICE THE EGG INTO SMALLER PIECES
2 CUPS OF SHREDDED cheese (YOUR CHOICE) WE USE VELEVETTA
2 tomatoes (CHOPPED)
2 CUPS celery (FINELY CHOPPED)
1 JAR OF HELLMAN’S OR KRAFT MAYONAISE
Seasoning (I USE NATURES seasoning, YOU CAN USE TONY’S, SLAP YA MAMA, ETC.. YOUR CHOICE)
Parsley
McCormick black pepper (TO TASTE)
Instructions
CHOP AND DICE ALL YOUR VEGETABLES
GRILL THE CHICKEN BREAST
BOIL THE ELBOW MACARONI
COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS TOGETHER
SERVE
REFRIGERATE LEFTOVERS

I sometimes cut up boiled chicken and add to my potato salad. It is so delicious. I love the surprised look I get when people taste the chicken! I only use chicken breasts.
