Fudge, oh sweet, fudge! You know, I can remember the first time I made fudge. I was in my early twenties and was all prepared for fudge making to be beyond my culinary expertise.
However, I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to make. Virtually every fudge recipe has the same base. So, once I discovered how easy fudging making was I went a little crazy and bought just about every chocolate chip flavor on the shelves and went home to make mass quantities of fudge.
My husband and kids weren’t upset by this at all and they had fun eating an assortment of fudge. I should probably tell you that I did all of this in July haha! Anyway, you are going to really like this Christmas fudge.
It’s pretty with its colors of green and red and it’s made with yummy maraschino cherries. It’s a very classic fudge. Enjoy!

Quick Tip: I like to use a bit of green food coloring in this fudge recipe and arrange the pieces into the shape of a Christmas tree!
