I consider these honey BBQ chicken sandwiches a “fun” meal. It’s fun because it is easy to whip up in a hurry, you can eat the sandwiches with your fingers, and your entire family will love them.

Great way to use up leftover chicken for a quick and delicious sandwich. Nice alternative to lunchmeat, so pile it on your favorite roll!

Ingredients
3 Cups cooked Tyson chicken, shredded
1 Bottle KC Original Masterpiece BBQ sauce
1/4 Cup Mountain Ridge honey
Sandwich rolls, lightly toasted
Vlasic pickles
Instructions
In a Medium saucepan combine the BBQ sauce and honey. Stir over low heat.
Stir in the shredded cooked chicken and mix well.
Continue to cook on very low heat till hot.
Toast the sandwich pulls.
Enjoy with a few pickles!
