This is my quick recipe for leftover cooked rice or when I just have a cravin’ for fried rice at home. Very simple. You can add whatever you like to the recipe, but the basic works well and is delicious!
Check out what my friends at Food.com had to say about this Thai Chicken Fried Rice:
Excellent recipe. Extremely easy to make – in fact, this was all I made for dinner. Wonderful aroma while cooking, and a great flavor. I actually used aborito rice because that’s all I had, but I cooked it as rice and not risotto. Wonderful!
It is super easy to make! We used regular white rice but Jasmine and Basmati are also household favorites. My daughter kept asking, “Is it spicy? Are you sure it’s not spicy?” I said, “It’s spicy but not in a bad way.” She was super nervous. In fact, she took a bite, spit it out, then said it was good and ate a plateful – silly kid!
