I love creole food and this is an easy recipe that allows me to get my New Orleans food fix without having to actually travel to La.
Check out what my pals over at Group Recipes had to say about this:
This is lean, quick, and easy…. and has a great aroma.. I add one can of rotel tomatoes to mine to make it hot..I also add some fresh garlic to this also and sometimes leave the oregnao out.
