I can’t even begin to tell you how delicious these frosted banana cookies are. I mean, wow. Just Wow! It’s seriously like eating a slice of banana bread in cookie form with frosting. I don’t know what I like better, the cookie or the frosting!
Both are homemade so they are insanely tasty. Honestly, these cookies are seriously easy to make. You can also double or triple this recipe with no problems at all if you need too. I like taking a batch or two to the church potluck as they make a wonderful dish to pass.
When I was a small girl I would sometimes attend church with my grandma instead of going to my own with my family. Grandma would always make these frosted banana cookies for the morning brunch. Her church was awesome.
They had a meal every Sunday. Anyway, everyone always enjoyed her cookies and I think a few people would even pocket one or two to take home lol!
