I remember the first time I saw country style ribs in the grocery store. They were much cheaper than the ribs on the rack and seemed to have a ton more meat. My twenty-something brain couldn’t figure this one out so I grabbed the country style ribs and put them into my shopping cart.
When I got the ribs home I searched around the internet for a great recipe for the ribs. I wanted to surprise my new husband with a delicious dinner. I found one very close to the one I am sharing with you today.
The ribs came out great and the man was happy. 🙂 These country style ribs are baked in a thick syrupy sauce that tastes great. When you open the oven to check on them you will see the sauce bubbling up to perfection in the dish.
You’ll be tempted to sneak a piece before they are done but don’t do that because you’ll get worms. At least that’s what my granny used to say about consuming raw meat lol!

Quick Tip: Nothing goes better with country style ribs than mac and cheese, green beans, and apple pie.
