If you would have told me that Pepsi makes a great pot roast I would have laughed in your face. Then, I tried this recipe and was completely humbled by the notion.

An easy way to fix a roast!
Yes, it truly is. Who knew? Plus, this roast is made in the slow cooker so that ups the ease factor even more.
Ingredients
1 (3-5 lb) roast
1 pkg. Lipton dry onion soup mix
1 can Campbell’s cream of mushroom soup (or cream of chicken)
1 12oz. can Pepsi
Instructions
Place roast in crock pot and top with the dry onion soup mix.
Mix together the cream of mushroom soup and the Pepsi and pour over roast.
Cover and cook on low heat 8 – 10 hours, or high heat 5 hours.
