This is a great side dish to bring to a picnic or BBQ. It goes perfectly with pretty much anything! I’ve had it with grilled chicken, steak, fish fillets and even just oven-roasted vegetables. The best thing is that it tastes even better the next day! I always make sure I have enough for leftovers, because they will make a delicious lunch on a later day. Check out what my pals over at Yummy Ph had to say about this recipe:
“The key to a great potato salad is making sure the potatoes absorb the flavor, so mix all ingredients together while the potatoes are still warm. “
I agree! The warmth of the potatoes locks the flavors of the other ingredients in.
Ingredients
2 large potatoes, chopped into 1-inch cubes
1 cup Kraft mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 cup diced ham
2 tablespoons diced onions
2 tablespoons diced celery
chopped parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Boil potatoes just until tender; drain and set aside to cool slightly.
In a bowl, combine boiled potatoes, mayonnaise, lemon juice, ham, onions, and celery. Mix until well combined.
Chill until ready to serve. Garnish with parsley before serving.

Quick Tip: Serve this as a side dish or as your main course. The ham gives this potato salad a healthy kick of protein.
