Think about the best Thanksgiving dessert. Is it a perfect cheesecake? No. Is it a great pumpkin pie? Nope, not that either. Maybe some cookies? Nahhh… This is my absolute favorite dessert for Thanksgiving; pecan pie. I mean, what could be better than that nutty, flavorful, silky pie? Maybe with some homemade whipped cream on top. Or store bought. Anything for this pie. MMM, yum.
I am such a big fan of pecan pie that there’s no way I can wait until Thanksgiving to make it. I am going to make this new recipe plenty of times before that! Who’s with me?
It’s a year ‘round, classic flavor for dessert, and now we can add it to pecan pie – chocolate! This pie is a delicious combination of flavors. It has the depth of chocolate flavor with the nuttiness of the pecans.
It is so absolutely delicious and a nice twist to a classic pecan pie. Your guests will absolutely love it, I can guarantee that.
