4. Pumpkin Meringue Pie
When it comes to holiday dinners, I’m all about doing it up big. I love tradition, I love family gathered around a set holiday table, and I love making classic foods. My menu is always packed with traditional Thanksgiving dinner dishes such as turkey, stuffing, potatoes, green bean casserole, and pumpkin pie.
What does your Thanksgiving dinner consist of? This year, I am going to try something a bit different in terms of dessert and make a pumpkin meringue pie instead of the traditional recipe. After I took one look at this pie on The Pioneer Woman’s website, I was completely sold.
Such a gorgeous dessert! It doesn’t even look like food, it looks like art. Food art!

Quick Tip: This pie is so pretty it can double as a centerpiece for your table. Just don’t leave it out of the fridge for too long though as it will spoil.
