Twice baked potatoes have always been a favorite appetizer pf mine. I even serve them as a hearty side dish. So, when I came across this recipe for sliced baked potatoes I about lost my mind with excitement. There is a thick layer of cheese on top of these little beauties! Yum! I couldn’t believe my eyes and my taste buds were going wild. To me, this was a pretty extreme maneuver. What amazing person thought of this recipe?
I knew I had to make these little cheese discs of potato goodness for myself so I got to work in my kitchen andbelievee it or not, these yummy spuds weren’t hard to make in the least. You are going to be so proud of yourself for making these potatoes because they are BETTER than plain ‘ol twice baked spuds, if that is even possible.
