So Thanksgiving is around the corner, and I will be honest with you… I am in it all JUST for the Mac and Cheese. Ooey, gooey pasta coated in cheese that doesn’t let go of the fork. Then you have a delicious crumb topping over it, until you can’t even see the pasta.
You put it in the oven and bake it until that crumb topping is golden brown and bubbly from all the butter. Then, let it sit for a bit so it cools and once you put your fork in, it’ll crumble perfectly and give you the perfect gooey bite with crumb topping. Ohh, I cannot wait for Thanksgiving day.
I am hosting this year so it is a lot to take care of. I have to think of invitations, place settings, all the necessary items to host. On top of it all, I have to think and plan all the recipes.
Thankfully, I already have my Mac and Cheese recipe. And I’m ready to share it all with you so you have it planned and ready as well.

Quick Tip: Crumble lots of butter over the topping so it gets nice and crispy in the oven.
