I am really starting to like pork chops more and more. I’ve found some super stellar recipes over the last few months and honestly, my aversion to chops is diminishing. These pork chops are seasoned to perfection and served with a savory garlic and wine sauce made with pan drippings. Yum!
Pan drippings are what makes the sauce so ding dang good! I love using pan drippings and you will, too. Now, go rustle up a little piggy and git yerself some chops!
