1. Red Velvet Pineapple Upside Down Cake
I know we haven’t even reached Halloween yet but I am all about planning ahead for my Christmas dinner. i love the holidays and I love baking for my family. When I first laid eyes on this red velvet pineapple upside down cake I think my heart skipped a few beats. Just look at how gorgeous it is!
You might be thinking that it is super hard to make but I promise you that it is is not. The directions are laid out for you in easy to understand terms and the ingredients list is pretty cut and dry. You may have to run to the grocery store for a few things but it’s nothing too fancy.
