I remember the first time I had anything cajun to eat and I mean truly cajun, not some weird pretend cajun crap. It was during a family trip to new Orleans and man, was that food ever good. This recipe comes in close in terms of yumminess but honestly, it can’t beat original creole cuisine.
With that being said, this cajun chicken pasta dish is still very, very good. I think even the folks from New Orleans would pat us on the back for making it. I mean, at least we tried, right? Right. Now, go put on your voodoo doll apron and head to the kitchen to whip up this amazing meal.
